Xboard CS Wall Enclosures: Stable CS steel enclosure offers a selection of 45 enclosure sizes.

Moeller's CS wall enclosure series is made from stable sheet steel and is available in 45 enclosure sizes - from 200 mm x 250 mm x 150 mm to 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 250 mm (W x H x D). CS enclosures can be used where an effective protection against the direct contact of live parts must be provided. All CS enclosures are designed with IP55 protection so that the installed equipment is safely and reliably protected from harsh ambient conditions. A continuous sponge polyurethane seal provides the necessary seal tightness. The surrounding rain channel profile offers protection against the ingress of water or oils, and sticky liquid material is prevented from penetrating when the door is opened.

CS wall enclosures are also impact resistant and comply with impact resistance category IK10 in accordance with EN 62262. They reliably protect the inside of the cabinet from mechanical damage. CS enclosures are mounted on the wall. Their powder coated surface provides an abrasion and corrosion resistant protection. The housing door can be removed simply to facilitate other mechanical measures. The two or three inside hinges that are covered can thus be undone simply and the door stop exchanged without any additional mechanical steps. A quick-change hinge pin simplifies the rapid and tool-less removal of the door for further processing. A 2.5 mm to 3 mm mounting plate can be supplied.

Moeller can also provide customized solutions on request. These include for example other RAL color tones as well as other dimensions or door and side wall cutouts. This allows customers to implement their own individual solutions as required for mounting control circuit devices, touch panels, meters or specific cable glands.
