Electronically-Compatible DILA-XHIR11 Auxiliary Contact.

The DILA-XHIR11, a 2-pole auxiliary contact module, is designed for front mounting. The new electronically-compatible auxiliary contact with positively driven contact elements is designed for DILA contactor relays and contactors DILM7 to DILM32, as well as DILMP20 to DILMP45. DILA-XHIR11 is used as an auxiliary contact when using PLCs and in safety circuits. This is due to the growing requirement with PLCs to reliably control the standard 24VDC/10mA signals for I/O interfaces. Conventional auxiliary contacts are not suitable for these kinds of signals because their contact dimensions are designed to take relatively high currents. The contact material which in turn determines the contact resistance is also insufficient for these requirements. Moeller therefore offers DILA-XHIR11 as a special solution with a high level of contact reliability for voltages and currents typically used in electronic circuits.
